We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Master Technician on behalf of our client, a leading automotive dealership based in Brent Cross, North West London. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced technicians looking to work within a state-of-the-art facility and develop their career further.

1. Competitive basic salary of £47,000 to £53,000 per annum depending on experience
2. OTE of approximately £55,000 inclusive of bonuses
3. Opportunity to work at a brand-new, 17,000 sq ft site opening in June 2026.

Duties of the Master Technician role:
9. Servicing and repairing specialist and highly desirable vehicles.
10. Working on German brands including Audi, BMW, Mercedes, and JLR as well as specialist vehicles.
11. Diagnosing complex vehicle systems with efficiency and accuracy
12. Conducting advanced repairs and servicing to manufacturer standards
13. Adhering to health and safety regulations
14. Maintaining high-quality workmanship to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements for the Master Technician role:
15. Proven experience as a Master Technician in a main dealer environment
16. Ideally with EV training and certification
17. Minimum of 10 years automotive servicing and repair experience
18. Strong diagnostic skills and technical expertise
19. Full manufacturing training is essential
20. Ability to adapt to working on a diverse range of vehicles, predominantly between 2 and 5 years old.
