Join our dynamic team at LSH Auto as a Systems Technician! Located at our dealership in Solihull, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and luxury vehicles.
Hours: 40 per week
Salary: £33,700 - £57,822
Additional Support: For the first 3 months, enjoy a salary support of £870 per month to assist with your relocation.
Welcome Bonus £2000
Requirements
Responsibilities include:
* Performing maintenance, service, and repairs on Mercedes Benz vehicles to the highest standards.
* Diagnosing faults and conducting thorough vehicle testing.
* Replacing components, lubricants, and consumables, while maintaining accurate records.
* Creating informative CITNOW Videos to update customers on their vehicle conditions.
* Ensuring cleanliness and safety in your work environment.
* Completing tasks efficiently within the manufacturer's time frames.
* Advising customers on vehicle issues and ongoing servicing needs.
Ideal Candidates Will Have
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in light vehicle maintenance.
* A commitment to pursuing further qualifications, especially in electric vehicle technologies.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* A strong sense of accountability for work quality and efficiency.
* A valid UK driving licence.
