We are seeking a fulltime Assistant Curator (Collections) to join a team of research-led curators to help deliver an ambitious programme of public engagement, conservation and infrastructure projects at Kensington Palace and occasionally at other palaces. This role will work collaboratively with colleagues across Historic Royal Palaces, to help research and share the story of our six palaces and the people whose lives helped shape them. The special focus of this role will be supporting the curator to manage and maintain the displays at Kensington Palace and providing research for the temporary exhibitions and displays.

About you
You will be passionate about British royal history and collections, experienced working with archival sources and confident in your ability to communicate your knowledge to a wide variety of different audiences. We are looking for someone who has experience researching and caring for historic collections, championing underrepresented histories and communities and supporting the development of exhibitions and displays in line with best practice. You will enjoy working on multiple projects with competing priorities.
