Accounts Assistant Pertemps are working with an established Manufacturing business based in Southampton who are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their team. This is a full time, permanent position. Responsibilities as an Accounts Assistant: Reconciliation of sales invoice with despatch notes and chasing proof of delivery Reconciliation of purchase invoices with internal purchase orders Raise tenant invoices, maintaining a record of their electricity and gas usage Assist with maintaining the work order database General office duties; including, filing, scanning and reception duties Provide administrative support Requirements: Minium of 1-2 years Accounting experience Proven administration experience Confident Microsoft user AAT Qualification is desirable Enthusiastic and keen to learn Excellent attention to detail The Accounts Assistant role: Starting Salary of £28,000 Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (rising up to 25 days with length of service) Employee Assistance Programme If you are interested in this Accounts Assistant position, please apply below or contact Jemma at Pertemps
