Class Teacher M1-M6- £32,916 - £45,352 Fixed Term, full time. The successful candidate will: - Be passionate about learning, with high expectations of themselves and others - Be an excellent classroom practitioner with recent experience - Have an ability to plan and teach innovative, creative and effective lessons - Be able to use pupil assessment data to set challenging targets in order to ‘narrow gaps’ in order to make pupil progress - Have a clear understanding of the needs of all groups of pupils - Have the ability to work closely and co-operatively as a member of a team - Have excellent personal organisational and communication skills - Flexible approach and be able to ‘think outside of the box’ - The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
