A growing offshore disputes team in Jersey is seeking a junior litigator to join its market leading Insolvency and Dispute Resolution practice. The role centres on contentious financial services work, including insolvency, commercial litigation and high-value trust disputes, often with cross-border elements. Clients include global corporates, banks, insolvency practitioners and fiduciaries. You will be involved across the full lifecycle of matters, from interim relief and disclosure through to substantive proceedings, enforcement and asset recovery. The team structure supports early responsibility and direct exposure to complex, high-value disputes from the outset, alongside close guidance from experienced practitioners. Candidate Profile: Qualified lawyer with 1–3 PQE in insolvency, commercial or trust litigation Strong academic pedigree and training Commercially aware with a proactive approach Clear and confident written and oral communication skills Comfortable within the cut and thrust of complex disputes practice Offshore experience is advantageous but not required This is well suited to a junior lawyer looking to step up in both responsibility and quality of work within a genuinely supportive and collaborative team, where progression is clearly achievable.
