Alpha Financial Consultancy Limited (http://aimgroup.asia/) is a consultancy firm
providing SFC compliance consulting to asset management company licensed with
the SFC to carry out Type 1, 4 and 9 regulated activities. We are now looking for
candidates who have an interest in developing a career in the compliance consulting
field and are keen to expand their knowledge and experiences by working with growing
companies.

* Job requirements:
o Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply for the associate position;
o Candidate with 1 – 3 years of experience are welcome to apply for the senior
associate position;
o Candidate with work experience/knowledge in the following will be a plus,
but not mandatory:
+ Accounting or auditing.
+ Compliance.
+ In-house SFC-licensed fund management companies.
+ Any other financial institution.
+ Able to take initiative and be accountable for own work and responsibilities;
+ Have a positive attitude towards client services, continuous learning and
improvement, and the importance of responsiveness;
+ Confident in spoken and written presentation in English and Chinese
(Cantonese & Mandarin); and
+ Bachelor’s degree or above in related fields of Business, Accountancy,
Law, Finance, etc.
* Job duties:
o Work on compliance review and maintain appropriate records for clients on
personal account dealing, CPT records, gift/entertainment, and other
compliance requests;
o Conduct research on legal and regulatory developments in relevant
jurisdictions mainly in Hong Kong;
o Assist clients on the set-up and arrangement of investor meetings;
o Assist the management / team in SFC regulatory and compliance support
such as drafting or reviewing of FRR, BRMQ, ADD, drafting responses to
regulators, etc.;
o Assist the management / team in accounting (book-keeping) preparation;
o Assist the management / team in completing assigned tasks related to group
companies;
o Provide business development support, including assisting the management
/ team in the drafting of contracts, term sheets, sales pitches, etc.;
o Provide general administrative support;
o Perform independent research into assigned areas; and
o Lead an associate (if you are hired as a senior associate).
* Job format:
o Full Time, 9:30 am – 6:30 pm Monday to Friday;
o Bank holidays off; and
o Work Location: Cyberport
