\nJob Title: Part-Time Legal Practice Manager
\nLocation: East London
\nSalary:£35,000 – £40,000 per annum (Pro Rata, Depending on Experience)
\nHours: Part-Time (Flexible hours – to be discussed)

With a strong reputation for professionalism and client service, we are seeking a proactive and highly organised Part-Time Office Manager to support daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our office.
\n
\nRole Overview:
\n
\nThe Legal Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the office. The ideal candidate will have experience within legal environments and/or estate agency operations, with the ability to manage administrative staff, maintain compliance, and assist with client and case management.
\n
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n
\n* Manage daily office operations, ensuring a well-organised, professional working environment
\n* Oversee administrative procedures and implement improvements as needed
\n* Liaise with solicitors, clients, agents, and suppliers professionally and efficiently
\n* Support with file management and ensure legal and property compliance standards are met
\n* Coordinate appointments, schedules, and meetings for legal and estate agency teams
\n* Maintain confidential records and legal documentation in line with GDPR and regulatory requirements
\n* Assist in onboarding new staff and overseeing staff schedules and performance where appropriate
\n* Manage petty cash, invoicing, and liaise with external accountants/bookkeepers
\n* Ensure health & safety, data protection, and general office policies are up-to-date and adhered to
\n
\n Requirements:
\n
\n* Proven experience in an Office Manager or similar administrative role
\n* Background in legal and/or estate agency environments is essential
\n* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
\n* Strong written and verbal communication skills
\n* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with CRM/legal management systems
\n* High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
\n* Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
\n
\nDesirable:
\n
\n* Knowledge of conveyancing, lettings, or legal casework administration
\n* Familiarity with legal practice management software (e.g. Leap, Clio) or estate agency CRM platforms
\n
