Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer passionate about creating sustainable solutions? We are seeking Principal Electrical Engineers to join our team in the North of England, particularly in Leeds or Newcastle, working on water sector projects.
Responsibilities
* Provide EICA design services, working from concept through detailed design, feasibility studies, site surveys, and investigations.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, liaise with project stakeholders, and contribute to technical discussions and workshops.
* Produce technical specifications, control philosophies, EICA schedules, drawings, and reports.
* Develop multidisciplinary outputs such as General Arrangement Drawings, 3D models, and P&ID diagrams.
* Mentor junior engineers and act as a technical leader within projects.
Qualifications
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Chartered or Incorporated status with several years of EICA design experience.
* Experience in writing technical specifications, control philosophies, and producing various engineering diagrams and reports.
* Knowledge of DSEAR and its application to EICA design is advantageous.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information effectively.
* Experience in the water sector is preferred but candidates from energy, infrastructure, or environmental sectors are also encouraged to apply.
