Salary is up to £60'000 + excellent benefits, hybrid working of 3 days on site.
My client is a leading organisation, who are at the forefront of what they do, they need a dynamic and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join their high-performing team. This is a strategic advisory role, partnering closely with senior leadership to shape and deliver people initiatives that drive business success.
You'll be instrumental in enhancing organisational effectiveness, fostering a high-performance culture, and supporting leadership capability. The role offers a unique opportunity to influence change, improve employee experience, and contribute to the evolution of people practices in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Focus Areas:
Partnering with senior stakeholders to align people strategy with business goals
Driving cultural and behavioural change across the organisation
Using data and insights to inform decision-making and improve performance
Leading cross-functional projects focused on engagement, workforce planning, and organisational design
Coaching leaders to build inclusive, accountable, and high-performing teams
Provide up to date and expert advice on employee relations, organisational design and strategic work force planning.
Support the planning and execution of all cyclical HR activity.
Ideal Profile:
Proven experience in a senior HR Business Partnering role
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing strategic with hands-on delivery
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Strong analytical thinking and data skills to inform commercial decision making.
CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
