* Base salary of £28,000 with a competitive commission structure (OTE £60k)

The Role
As a Mortgage Advisor, youll play a key role in providing expert mortgage advice to clients across a range of situations. Youll work closely with clients to assess their needs, recommend the best mortgage solutions, and provide ongoing support throughout the mortgage process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing expert mortgage advice to clients across a range of mortgage products
* Assessing clients financial situations and recommending suitable mortgage solutions
* Delivering a high level of customer service, ensuring clients are supported throughout the process
* Staying up-to-date with the latest mortgage products, regulations, and industry trends
* Managing a busy caseload, prioritising tasks and ensuring deadlines are met
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers, and lenders

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a motivated and professional Mortgage Advisor who is dedicated to providing exceptional service. If you have a good understanding of the mortgage market and thrive in a client-facing role, youll be an ideal fit for our team. About you:
* CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
* Strong experience in the mortgage advice industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive approach to client relationships and problem-solving
* A sound understanding of financial products and regulations
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond
