Who are we looking for?
We seek an ideal candidate to ensure the smooth operation of regional Fernox sales activities, monitor customer buying patterns, maintain warehouse stock levels, provide technical support to customers, support local marketing activities, and liaise with various project teams.
What will you be doing?
* Coordinate all orders, queries, and complaints to ensure high customer service standards.
* Maintain and grow the Fernox business through proactive telephone contact and participate in telesales projects, supporting the regional sales team to meet targets.
* Assist management with merchant requests and provide regular reports, including EDI and CMI.
* Ensure sales desk and phone lines are covered during office hours.
* Process orders and support business activities related to commercial, technical, and marketing projects.
Who are you?
You should have experience in a similar environment, such as inside sales or customer service, with excellent communication skills, a team-oriented attitude, and a willingness to take on challenges. Education to at least A Level standard is required.
What competencies will you need?
* Experience in internal sales or customer service roles.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Solution-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work well in a team and possess good social skills.
* Additional language skills are an advantage.
* Proficiency with MS Office and good knowledge of ERP systems.
