Hourly rate: £12.94 Support Worker Required! Macduff and surrounding areas. Zero hour contracts available, offering an increased hourly rate £12.94 an hour. We are looking for an enthusiastic Support Workers, who are passionate about making a different to a person life? About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team based in Macduff. Due to the nature of the role and the rural locations, it would be preferred for the successful Support Workers to hold a UK driving license. The successful Support Workers will be focused on Person Centred Care and put the service user at the centre of all you do. The forefront of our delivery is to put the service user first and allow them to have their own independence. You will support them out in the community, going to clubs, activities, appointments and much more. What can you expect: Day trips out Supporting with hobbies and activities Fishing Clubs Part time work Social trips to restaurants and Pubs Shopping trips Arts and Crafts Sports games; Football, Rugby etc Gardening Supporting with personal care needs Supporting with daily chaos Our Support Workers experience variety and a huge sense of reward and achievement in their daily activities where no two days are the same and we place huge emphasis on the fact that our customers are individuals, at Mears Supported Living we feel they all deserve to be treated as such. Key Criteria: Enthusiasm Passion Compassion The ability to show dignity and respect to our service users All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears- does not currently offer visa sponsorship. Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant PVG/Security checks either before or upon commencement of employment.
