Key Responsibilities

Coordinate fire door inspections, repairs, and upgrade works
*
Turn approved quotes into jobs using the CRM system and monitor project progress
*
Schedule inspectors and technicians to optimise time and resource efficiency
*
Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, compliance, and quality standards are met
*
Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and queries
*
Ensure completion paperwork and documentation are accurate and submitted on time
*
Manage invoicing of completed projects in line with internal procedures
*
Produce and present KPI reports and workload analytics for senior management
*
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team and key client accounts
About You – Essential

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Strong IT competency, particularly with CRM and scheduling systems

Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Confident, professional communicator — both written and verbal
