Why You?
As a floor manager, you will
ensure that Broadwick Soho’s guests feel welcome. You will greet, seat and
serve our guests to the best of your ability and make their experience as
memorable as possible.
The floor manager will be the
face of our F&B outlets, orchestrating and delivering spectacular service
to Broadwick Soho’s guests.
You will be working adjacently
with other F&B and Kitchen talents to provide our guests with their orders,
ensuring any dietary requirements have been followed and accommodated
accordingly.
You will oversee and ensure a
pleasant visit for our guests from the moment they enter Broadwick Soho Hotel
to the end of their visit.
You will work with a brilliant
team across all departments of the hotel so that we are one team delivering a
seamless and memorable guest experience.
What do we need from you?
* Experience in a luxury/lifestyle
restaurant or bar or 5* luxury hotel operation
* Exceptional organisational skills with
the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure
* Great attention to detail and genuine
passion for delivering exceptional service
* Your charisma, individuality and positive
energy
* Excellent communication skills and
comfortable talking with guests, colleagues and the senior leadership
team
* Able to work flexible hours including late evenings and weekends
