Are you a highly analytical and results‑driven Performance Marketing expert ready to take ownership of a significant media budget and drive tangible ROI? We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team to help accelerate customer acquisition. You'll work closely with the heads of each brand and external agencies to ensure our paid marketing efforts closely align with the wider business strategy.
Responsibilities
* Paid Media Performance: Working with external agencies and internal stakeholders, strategically plan and optimise all paid media campaigns across key channels including Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display), Microsoft Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest, and Affiliate networks
* Budget Management & ROI Ownership: Oversee a 7‑figure annual budget with complete ownership of CPA, ROAS, and overall media efficiency goals
* Agency Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external media agencies, ensuring campaigns are delivered to the highest standard, meeting performance KPIs, and driving innovation
* Performance Reporting & Insight Generation: Develop and maintain robust reporting dashboards, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders and the wider team
* Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless funnel conversion, and collaborate with the broader Marketing team on creative testing, landing page optimisation, and promotional alignment
Qualifications
* Experience: 5+ years of dedicated, hands‑on paid media experience in an in‑house or agency environment
* Financial Acumen: Proven experience managing annual paid media budgets of £2 million or more
* Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in platform management (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4)
* Strategic Thinking: A track record of developing and executing successful, data‑led paid media strategies that significantly improve performance metrics
* Collaboration: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience managing external partners (agencies) and influencing internal teams
