Permanent, Part Time, (20 hours)
An opportunity is available to join the Skye, Lochalsh and Wester Ross Community Learning Disability Nursing Team as a Senior Health Care Support Worker supporting Children and Adults with Learning Disabilities in Wester Ross. The post holder will work closely with the Band 6 Community Learning Disability Nurse towards enhancing health and wellbeing for People with Learning Disabilities in Wester Ross.
You will have an understanding of the needs of People with Learning Disabilities. Be confident in working autonomously across the Wester Ross area. A good knowledge of local community facilitates, connections and resources in Wester Ross, would be of benefit to this post as well as a positive approach to innovation and creativity towards person centeredness and social inclusion.
The post holder would be based in Gairloch or Ullapool and will work across Wester Ross as a whole. The post holder must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
