💥 We’re Hiring: Senior Paid Media Manager | Up to £50,000 | London Digital Agency | DTC Focus
Are you a performance-driven marketer with a passion for scaling high-growth DTC brands? Our client — a creative, independent digital agency in London — is looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead strategy and execution across Paid Social and Paid Search for an exciting portfolio of direct-to-consumer clients.
🛍️ The Role
You’ll take full ownership of cross-channel paid media campaigns, driving growth across Meta, TikTok, Google (incl. Performance Max), and YouTube. This is a strategic and hands-on role where your insight, leadership, and testing mindset will directly shape performance for ambitious eCommerce brands.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
* Plan, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Performance Max, YouTube, and more
* Own strategy and performance across multiple DTC accounts
* Lead on creative direction and briefing for social-first assets
* Collaborate with data, creative, and CRO teams to deliver full-funnel growth strategies
* Manage client communication, performance reporting, and budget pacing
* Stay on top of trends and platform innovations to maintain a competitive edge
🎯 What You’ll Bring
* 4+ years of Paid Media experience (agency or brand-side)
* Proven success managing campaigns for DTC or eCommerce brands
* Strong hands-on experience with TikTok Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads (incl. Performance Max)
* Confident with data and analytics (GA4, Looker Studio, attribution tools, etc.)
* Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and client-facing skills
* Based in or able to commute to London (hybrid – 2 days/week in-office)
