Dynamite Recruitment are looking for a Finance Assistant with strong Excel and IT skills to support a busy finance function. This role suits someone who is detail-driven, comfortable working with numbers and systems, and proactive in improving processes. An Excel lover is what we are looking for! We can educate more on the finance side.
After probation, hybrid working is available (3 days office / 2 days home).
Key Responsibilities
Daily bank reconciliations and cash book journals
Preparing and posting daily cash sweeps
Income, expenditure, and balance sheet reconciliations
Supporting purchase invoice processing and occasional supplier payments
Supplier statement reconciliations
Preparing journals
Ad hoc finance and data tasks related to system processes Regular contact with the Finance Manager, finance colleagues, operational teams, and senior leadership.

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation)
Confident working with financial systems and IT tools
