We are recruiting a reliable and enthusiastic Maintenance Lead to join our team at Bowood Court a lovely, 59 bed residential home in Enfield, Redditch offering affordable and high-quality care.
This is a key role that helps ensure our home remains a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for both residents and staff. You will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the home’s maintenance needs, from daily upkeep to responding to urgent repairs.
This role is hands-on and varied, requiring someone who is experienced in leading a team and skilled in general DIY and able to complete tasks to a high standard. Whether it's carrying out essential repairs, performing routine checks, or managing caretaking duties, your work will contribute to the smooth running of our home. You'll have the opportunity to put your skills to use in an environment where attention to detail and the well-being of our residents is paramount.
About the Maintenance Lead Role;

* 35hours per week

* Good communication skills both verbal and written
* Reliable and punctual
* Flexible to work throughout the week
* Ability to work as part of the team as well as on your own initiative
* Own Vehicle and Driving License

This position requires a full DBS (disclosure and barring service) check and full drivers licence with own transport.
