Residential Living Recruitment (RLR) is working with an industry leading Build to Rent (BTR) operator to recruit a Lettings Manager who will be part of a high-performing team for a fantastic BTR development in London. Role : Lettings Manager (Build to Rent) Location : London Salary : up to £40,000 per annum Bonus Role overview The Lettings Manager will be responsible for the operational performance and overall lettings strategy at the development, including, but not limited to, renewals targets, rent reviews of remaining properties and ensuring maximum occupancy. Understand and promote the brand and product at all times and ensure the same of the on-site team. Supervise the front of house/lettings teams and be responsible for the overall delivery of the entire Built to Rent product and operation. Lead and execute the leasing and retention strategy for a Build to Rent development Drive dynamic pricing initiatives through detailed market and competitor analysis Optimise tenancy schedules and strategically manage the long-term expiry profile Maximise rental income while minimising void periods Manage advertising platforms, ensuring compliance and brand consistency Prepare, negotiate and oversee AST and non-AST tenancy agreements Ensure full compliance with current lettings legislation including deposit protection and Right to Rent Produce weekly leasing reports and present performance updates to clients Manage quality control of staging, presentation and viewing experience Upskill and support team members conducting viewings Conduct audits and implement continuous process improvements Collaborate with Asset Management and Operations teams on strategic initiatives Participate in an on-call escalation rota Experience required Previous experience leading a complete lettings process and driving performance Preferably 2 years working as a Lettings Manager or equivalent A proven track record of leading winning teams ARLA / MARLA strongly desirable Please submit your updated CV today.
