Calderdale College is seeking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic, and experienced Lecturer in HNC Counselling and Applied Psychology to join our University Centre Team. Reporting to the Curriculum Area Leader, the successful applicant will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing modules on the HNC Counselling and Applied Psychology programme. The role requires a strong commitment to student engagement and academic excellence, with a clear focus on inspiring learners to achieve their full potential. We are looking for a candidate who brings a proven teaching background, particularly within counselling and psychology, alongside outstanding leadership, management, and organisational skills. Your enthusiasm for education and your subject area will be critical to shaping student experience and success.
