Develop strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client care and adherence to deadlines. Prepare and deliver accurate client outputs within agreed timeframes and budgets. Support and mentor junior team members, acting as a buddy and sharing knowledge. Demonstrate a proactive approach to business development and identifying client opportunities.
