Are you an organised professional with a passion for people and recruitment? CWC is looking for a Recruitment & HR Coordinator to join our HR team, supporting both CWC and our sister company Carcomparison.
In this pivotal role, you'll help shape our employer brand, streamline recruitment processes, and support an exceptional candidate experience - from first contact to onboarding.

What You'll Be Doing
* Administer and coordinate all recruitment and onboarding processes
* Ensure all recruitment and HR documents are sent, received, recorded, uploaded and logged on the HR systems
* Be our brand ambassador by promoting the company’s social media presence and careers page
* Maintain the ATS and onboarding process to provide consistent candidate service
* Help produce monthly reports of recruitment effectiveness and efficiency
* Support hiring managers and HR Advisors with job descriptions, competency profiles, selection/assessment toolkits and salary benchmarking
* Ensure confidentiality of all communications in accordance with GDPR and internal procedures
* Maintain employee records through HR systems, including setting up new starters, amendments, leavers, scanning/uploading documentation and resetting passwords
* Run regular reports through HR systems to ensure all required documents are in place
* Organise meetings as requested
* Evaluate and select candidate applications, including initial screening and shortlisting when needed
* Support the Employee Handbook updates and compliance
* Take accurate minutes for HR meetings and produce meeting minutes
* Support induction and onboarding of new joiners, including induction morning, onboarding packs, road maps and role-specific mapping from 0‑6 months to probation sign‑off
* Undertake any other duties and tasks as reasonably required to ensure the successful operation of the HR/Payroll team
* Provide high-level general administrative support to the HR/Payroll department in line with employment legislation and company standards and processes
* Provide any other administrative support as required

* Experience in recruitment
* Knowledge and experience of using social media as a recruitment tool
* Previous experience of head‑hunting
