Join our dynamic team as a Community Grants Officer and help us unlock opportunities that drive real impact.
The Community Grants Officer role will work across the Communities Directorate to support the delivery of strategic priorities that contribute to achieving the aims and objectives of our Corporate Plan, Economic Development Plan, and Epping Forest Health and Wellbeing Strategy 2022 – 2026.
As Community Grants Officer, you'll manage the full grants lifecycle, from application to reporting, ensuring compliance, transparency, and maximum value for our beneficiaries.
The ideal candidate will bring experience from roles involving direct collaboration with public sector bodies, third sector organizations, and community groups.
This may include positions within the private sector that required meaningful engagement with these stakeholders.
They will have a solid background in grant management and distribution, alongside a proven ability to develop promotional materials and coordinate impactful events. Strong skills in quality assurance, monitoring, and evaluation are essential, as is a clear understanding of how data informs strategic decision-making.
