Information Security Manager
We're currently recruiting for an Information Security Manager to join our centralised Group IT Team. In this exciting role, you will own the Kier Construction Information Security practise and processes to meet Kier's stringent policies and controls.
Location: Flexible, with hybrid travel to Rushden, Northamptonshire
Contract: Permanent, full-time and able to consider part-time working
Responsibilities
As an Information Security Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Working with Kier's strategic partners to ensure overall Security governance is understood and being adhered to by all partners.
* Providing consultative advice and coaching to security customers within the Kier Construction environment
* Creating status reports and briefings on security matters for senior management.
* Supporting bids by providing security review and assurance around Bid security requirements.
* Ensuring upward balanced and expert reporting to guide stakeholders in how to manage Kier IT Security risks.
What are we looking for?
This role of Information Security Manager is great for you if you have:
* Obtained one or more of the following Security certifications: CompTia Security+, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
* Security Clearance (SC) and Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or prepared to undertake the relevant checks to obtain clearance
* Awareness of multiple security standards including List-X, List-N, ISO27001, Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials Plus.
* An understanding of the impact that emerging business and end-user technologies have on information security requirements and architecture.
* Familiarity with information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT service management, infrastructure and operations, Enterprise Architecture and ITIL frameworks.
