National Sales Manager (Workplace & Legal Solutions)

Join to apply for the National Sales Manager (Workplace & Legal Solutions) role at One Tap Publishing Pty Ltd.

This position is based in the UK, with a requirement for 2-3 days per week in the office in Wales, along with travel to clients and the London office.

Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum plus competitive bonus and benefits.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.

SYNLAB UK&I offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced and driven National Sales Manager to lead our commercial strategy, expand our market presence, and oversee the integration of our workplace and legal solutions. This role involves driving revenue growth and maintaining lasting client partnerships in the healthcare sector.


Your Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a national sales vision, leading sales and account management teams to meet targets.
* Manage pipelines, convert opportunities, and lead market expansion efforts.
* Collaborate with the Managing Director on strategic decisions to increase revenue and customer retention.
* Promote teamwork and cross-selling across the service portfolio.


Key Responsibilities

* Define and implement sales strategies, build and develop a high-performing team, and foster a results-driven culture.
* Manage relationships with key accounts and prospects, lead negotiations, and focus on client retention and growth.
* Streamline sales processes, ensure accurate forecasting, and utilize tools like Salesforce effectively.
* Provide market feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies, and report on market trends to senior leadership.


Essential Skills and Experience

* Extensive experience leading national sales teams, preferably in toxicology, pathology, or diagnostics.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving profitability.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Strong commercial acumen, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
* Willingness to travel nationally, with presence in Wales 2-3 times per week.
* Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and integrating sales with customer service.


Desirable Skills

* Experience using Salesforce.
