Role Profile – Social Media Manager
We’re looking for someone to manage and grow our social media presence, with a focus on celebrating creative work by our customers and partners. Working within our Marketing Department, this role will champion collaboration, drive community engagement, and support the wider marketing team in delivering brand-building activity across multiple channels. Work with the marketing team to align social activity with wider marketing activities and product pushes
Develop a three-month rolling plan based on agreed social strategy
Investigate new channels and technology to support the growth of our brand and products on social
Marketing Support
Support the Marketing Manager in the execution of wider campaigns, events, and initiatives
Assist with content creation and asset coordination across print and digital touchpoints

Strong writing skills with a flair for adapting tone by platform
Confident engaging directly with creatives and brands online
Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple threads
Experience with social scheduling tools (e.g. Metricool)
Bonus: light design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.) We’d love it if you had some photography experience too; or willingness to develop these skills!
This role is perfect for someone who…
