Job Description
* Managing and overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from design to completion
* Coordinating with internal teams and external contractors
* Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
* Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress
* Preparing and presenting project updates and reports
* Identifying and managing project risks
* Ensuring all work is compliant with relevant regulations and standards
* Promoting health and safety across all projects
The Successful Applicant
A successful Investment Project Lead Surveyor should have:
* An accredited degree in surveying or construction
* Strong knowledge of construction project management
* Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficiency in project management software
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
