Head of Digital Marketing
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Full time)
Location: Peterborough, United Kingdom. Main office in the city centre with excellent transport links.
Overview
Kidney Research UK is looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to lead the charity’s digital strategy and build strong connections with supporters. The role involves developing and executing campaigns to raise awareness of kidney disease, grow the organisation’s audience, and foster engaging relationships with donors and volunteers.
Responsibilities
* Lead the digital marketing strategy and oversee all digital channels.
* Build and enhance the charity’s ability to meet supporters’ needs and grow the audience base.
* Strengthen connections with people, making them feel part of a movement and community.
* Develop and nurture strong, responsive relationships with supporters across all platforms.
* Guide a multi‑disciplinary team to achieve high standards and continuous improvement.
* Deliver digital transformation and major digital projects on time and within budget.
* Provide data‑driven insights to inform strategy and measure impact.
Qualifications
* Significant experience in a digital leadership role within a charity or values‑led organisation.
* Proven track‑record of delivering digital transformation or major digital projects.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project delivery skills.
* Experience of working in a mission‑driven environment and championing social impact initiatives.
