We’re seeking a bright, driven Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team in NW London. Working directly under the Commercial Director, you’ll receive hands-on mentorship and structured training to become a fully-fledged Project Quantity Surveyor. Projects range from £2M to £5M and are defined by exceptional quality, bespoke finishes, and architectural ambition.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Graduate QS, you’ll be immersed in all aspects of the commercial lifecycle, including:
* Assisting with cost planning, tender analysis, and procurement
* Supporting subcontractor management and valuations
* Preparing interim applications and final accounts
* Monitoring project budgets and cost reporting
* Attending site visits and liaising with project teams
* Learning to interpret drawings and specifications
* Maintaining accurate records and assisting with contract administration

What We’re Looking For
* A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
* Strong numeracy, attention to detail, and organisational skills
* Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, quality-driven environment
* Excellent communication and a proactive attitude
* Ideally some industry experience (placement or internship), but not essential
