About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate leader to join us at our Bognor Regis Resort as a Productivity Manager as part of our Accommodation & Guest Services department. As a Productivity Manager, you will be involved in the entire accommodation planning process, from analyzing guest volumes and ensuring the right staffing levels to managing volumes and delivering an excellent guest experience. You will oversee the guest unit allocation process, lead stock management including expenditure, and support the effective delivery of the Clean & Fault Free program (CAFF). Additionally, you will lead teams responsible for linen warehouse, resort post process, carpet cleaning, and late shift accommodation staff. You will work closely with the Guest Services & Accommodation Team to proactively resolve issues and enhance guest experience.
Your responsibilities include delivering the 'Right People Right Place Right Time' project, managing sickness and absence reporting, creating department rosters based on demand forecasts at least 3 weeks in advance, achieving occupancy KPIs, and minimizing 'off sale' units in line with commercial goals. You should be passionate about leading by example, inspiring your team, and supporting their development through regular 's and PDP discussions. The role also involves Duty Resort Management shifts, supporting problem resolution across departments, and ensuring guest experience remains the priority.
About You
You should have prior experience in a similar role providing operational data and insight for business decisions. Excellent Excel and data skills, experience in stock and inventory management, and managing rotas based on demand forecasts are essential. You should be passionate about leading and developing teams, supporting them through coaching and regular 's, and possess excellent communication skills adaptable to different situations. The ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and motivate teams during high demand is crucial. A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and seeking continuous improvement is essential.
