Role Overview:
Greeting visitors with a smile and ensuring a positive first impression. 😊
Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team members.
Managing the reception area to keep it tidy and welcoming.
Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
Assisting with inquiries and providing information about our services.What We're Looking For:
Exceptional communication skills - you should be able to engage warmly with clients and colleagues alike! 🗣️
A friendly, professional demeanour with a can-do attitude.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
