About the role:
You will take full responsibility for a mixed-ability Year 3 class, delivering engaging lessons that support both academic progress and personal development.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Planning and delivering creative, structured lessons across the KS2 curriculum
* Supporting pupils as they transition into more independent learning
* Differentiating work to meet a range of abilities
* Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
* Assessing progress and adapting teaching accordingly
