Contracts Manager - Planned & Cyclical Works Location: Cambridgeshire Contract: Permanent Salary: £60,000 + Benefits 1 Day on site per week 4 Days WFH The Role We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager - Planned & Cyclical Works to lead the commercial and contractual management of all planned capital and cyclical works programmes. This is a strategic, governance-led role focused on value for money, financial assurance, and compliance across all frameworks and call-off contracts. Acting as the contract owner, you will provide commercial oversight and governance across high-value programmes, ensuring contracts are robust, compliant, and delivering against organisational objectives and budgets. You will work closely with the Assistant Director of Asset Management and the Planned & Cyclical Manager to support programme delivery, while maintaining clear accountability to the Finance Director for financial performance and to Procurement for contract and tendering compliance.
