Aircraft Leasing VP Powerplant (9-Month Contract)
Our client is a well-established aircraft leasing platform and is recruiting a VP Powerplant (9-month contract) to join its technical team.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) events across the fleet.
* Manage day-to-day powerplant technical matters relating to leased aircraft and engines.
* Develop and maintain MRO strategies, maintenance reserve rates, and forecasting models.
* Support engine acquisitions, disposals, and overall lifecycle management.
* Prepare maintenance reports
Requirements:
* Strong powerplant experience
* Strong technical and commercial judgement, with proven project management capability.
* Experience with lease and maintenance concepts
* Willingness and ability to travel as required.
This is a 9-month contract offering a competitive day rate/package and excellent market exposure.
