Overview
Post 16 Administration/Pastoral Support and Reception/Administration – full-time, permanent, term time only plus 1 week. 37 hours per week. This is a dual-focus administrative role blending pastoral care with front-of-house professionalism.
Responsibilities
* Support Post-16 students with administrative tasks and pastoral care; act as a key point of contact to create a nurturing environment where students feel supported and empowered.
* Be the welcoming face of the school, managing reception duties with warmth and efficiency; handle enquiries, support staff and visitors, and ensure administrative processes run smoothly.
* Contribute to a busy, fast-paced environment with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Work as part of a proactive team to support the school Community and ensure effective administration.
Your Week At a Glance
* 3 Days per Week – Post-16 Administration & Pastoral Support
* 2 Days per Week – Main Reception & General Administration
Requirements
* Flexible and self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* A calm, professional manner with a friendly and approachable attitude
* Experience in education is desirable but not essential

Salary: Scale point 29 – 32; Actual Salary £21,373.26 to £22,662.98 per annum (Full Time Equivalent £24,654.16 to £26,141.85)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent; Term time only + 1 week
Start: Required To Start As Soon As Possible
