As an Apprentice Customer Service Coordinator:
* Respond to customer enquiries and engage customers to understand their needs and recommend the best solution
* Take customer orders and make sure all details are put into the system correctly
* Price and quote for customers and capture within Breedon's systems
* Proactively maintain product knowledge expertise ensuring you understand Breedon's products and can recommend the best solutions to customers actively upselling and cross‑selling where appropriate
* Actively manage customer enquiries to conclusion, driving conversion, understanding the reasons behind lost quotes
* Manage customer credit limits, proactively anticipating and communicating to enable smooth flow
* Deal with last‑minute changes and let customers know if anything changes
* Build good relationships with customers over the phone
* Help improve how the team works by sharing ideas and hitting targets.
You will attend college; the choice of college will be dependent on where you live.
