Job Description
* Manage a small transactional team, taking ownership of the monthly payment cycle and process improvements
* Invoice validation and query resolution
* Management of the self-billing invoice system
* Maintaining and improving existing processes
* Business partnering, internally and external
* Maintain the Balance Sheet and support with annual budgets
* Effectively manage the team including 121s, appraisals etc.
The Successful Applicant
* Team management experience within a finance environment
* Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and effectively deliver results
