Senior Technical Product Manager – Reliability & Observability Products
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for reliability engineering and observability products. The role owns the Observability Data Lake capability, delivering a single source of truth for operational, security and infrastructure data, and enabling AI‑driven automation and cost savings.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for platform engineering initiatives aligned to business objectives.
* Harness data‑driven insights to drive continuous improvement, optimise product decisions through OKRs.
* Lead user research to deeply understand the needs of developers and platform users.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritise and deliver technical solutions that improve time‑to‑market, reliability, and developer experience.
* Navigate ambiguity, making informed decisions with incomplete information.
* Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a world‑class developer experience.
* Own stakeholder relationships, communicate vision, learnings and roadmaps clearly and consistently, and influence without authority.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager in Platform Engineering or a similar domain.
* Razor‑sharp user focus; ability to anticipate challenges and drive user‑centric solutions.
* Strong prioritisation skills in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment balancing user needs and business goals.
* Experience in fast‑paced incremental product development, ideally within technical product development.
* Proficiency with agile methodologies and managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
* Track record of delivering large‑scale programs requiring cross‑team collaboration across the organisation.
