Role Summary
Were looking for a German-speaking Service Coordinator to join our Redhill team. Youll manage daily operations for our EMEA field service team, ensuring smooth service delivery and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate engineering jobs, maintenance, and quotations
* Manage service tasks in D365: orders, scheduling, invoicing
* Oversee installations from booking to handover
* Liaise with out-of-hours call centres and internal teams
* Work with overseas distributors and manage documentation
* Generate and follow up on quotations and purchase orders
* Ensure accurate service order posting and inventory handling
* Provide cover for colleagues and maintain service documentation
* Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and support process improvements
Requirements
* 35 years experience in service coordination or admin
* Fluent in German and English
* Experience with D365, Microsoft Office, and CRM
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Able to work independently and in a fast-paced team
