Overview

Facilities Helpdesk & Compliance Manager role at Pragmatgica Servicios S. de RL de CV. This position leads the Facilities Helpdesk and ensures comprehensive maintenance coordination, compliance, and guest-focused delivery across the resort.


Responsibilities

* Lead a team within the Facilities Helpdesk to coordinate all maintenance and repair jobs for the resort.
* Work closely with the Facilities Head of Department, wider Facilities team, Resort Duty Managers and other department leaders to prioritise and complete technical jobs in a timely manner.
* Utilise in-house systems for planned preventative maintenance and reactive work across all areas of the Facilities Team.
* Ensure the resort is compliant and manage day-to-day compliance in line with Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
* Liaise with contractors, conduct meetings and briefings, and implement action plans.
* Recruit, train and develop the Facilities Helpdesk team; support team fulfilment with regular 1:1s and personal development plans (PDP).
* Lead by example, drive consistent standards, and maintain a guest-focused approach in all activities.
* Contribute to delivering an outstanding guest experience through proactive problem solving and continuous improvement.
* Manage typical working hours and shifts per the resort schedule (open 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7, with shifts 8am–10pm).


Qualifications & Attributes

* Experience in maintenance, construction or facilities in a detail-led environment with strong prioritisation and planning abilities.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with teams at all levels.
* Curious mindset with comfort challenging the status quo; self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
* Passion for leading and developing a team; supportive leadership with regular coaching and development discussions.
* Guest-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
