Use a range of marketing techniques when communicating with employers and prospective apprentice candidates to generate apprenticeship roles and identify successful candidates All aspects of recruitment administration, including advertising vacancies, candidate processing and generating reports Eligibility screening apprentice candidates in line with current Government funding rules to ensure compliance Liaising as necessary with all stakeholders to ensure apprentice recruitment targets are met Support any other office and training centre administration procedures including occasional reception cover and exam invigilation Occasional travel to off-site recruitment events and graduation ceremonies may be required Qualifications Work collaboratively with internal and external training stakeholders at all levels Work with clients, employers, and prospective apprentice candidates to generate apprenticeship opportunities with employers and source the best candidates to fit the roles Work with exceptional diligence and accuracy always Possess strong persuasive, administrative and planning skills Be customer and solution oriented with a service provider attitude Be flexible and adaptable to undertake a variety of tasks Excellent Microsoft Office skills Must be able to prioritise own workload and meet target deadlines Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) including a confident and persuasive telephone manner Understand brand value and reputation
