We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded individual to support the growth of our international sales, helping to drive performance across key markets while delivering excellent service to our global partners.
Job Purpose
To support the growth of profitable sales for Portmeirion across international markets by assisting in the management of existing accounts and identifying new opportunities. You will help ensure that account administration, communication, and operational tasks are carried out efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the implementation of the international sales and marketing strategy, helping to coordinate information with distributors, sales agents, and key accounts.
2. Assist in gathering and reviewing historical sales data and market trends in your assigned regions. Help monitor performance against targets and flag potential gaps or growth opportunities.
3. Contribute to research into new market sectors and sales channels. Support the team in preparing recommendations and presentations for potential new business initiatives.
4. Liaise with customers and partners to collect feedback on product ranges and service levels. Relay market insights to the International Sales Manager and wider team.
