About The Role
‘Getting Stuck In’ is one of our key values, and we’re looking for new Team Members who love doing just that! Instead of working in one department, we’re seeking individuals to work across both our accommodation and leisure departments on resort, supporting our guests and providing them with a fantastic experience during their stay with Butlin’s.
This role involves cleaning accommodation and preparing rooms for arriving guests on Mondays and Fridays, as well as participating in sports activities such as football, archery, and high ropes three days a week with our sports department.
Previous experience in sports coaching is desirable but not essential. We value your 'can do' attitude, positive mindset, and passion for making a difference to our guests.

* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as our resorts operate during the week and weekends.
