We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to influence the sourcing and supply chain activity at a critical stage in our client’s product development.
Our client is a Med Tech scale‑up bringing a game‑changing technology to revolutionise patient detection speed across healthcare systems globally. Now in the final stages of development, we seek an individual to support the R&D and Design teams with procurement expertise, shape the final product, engage the supply chain for scaling, and bring New Product Introduction and Development experience to the table.

This highly influential role has visibility across the group and works with senior stakeholders in R&D, QA, Supply Chain, and Operations.
We are looking for individuals with experience in Med Device, Biotech, and IVD manufacturing. Knowledge of NPD and NPI is essential, along with expected strategic procurement processes and planning.
The role reports to a senior manager and, ideally, the candidate will have management experience.
Location: Oxford – minimum of 3 days a week in the office.
