Are you ready to take the next step in your legal career with one of Scotland's leading law firms? We’re looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Associate or Senior Associate (6+ PQE) to join a high-performing, market-leading Corporate team based in Edinburgh or Glasgow.
The Opportunity:

You will work with a highly experienced team on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, including M&A, private equity, complex investments, and joint ventures. Clients span multiple sectors, and the work frequently involves cross-border elements.
What You'll Do:
1. Manage a range of corporate matters: mergers & acquisitions, private equity, investments, reorganisations, and corporate governance.
2. Advise clients on partnership structures, shareholder agreements, and commercial contracts.
3. Support clients through the full deal lifecycle, working alongside specialists in tax, employment, finance, and real estate.
4. Play a key role in business development, building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
5. Guide and supervise junior colleagues, sharing knowledge and contributing to team development.
About You:
6. Qualified solicitor with 6+ years PQE in corporate law.
7. Experience managing complex transactions and delivering high-quality legal advice with commercial awareness.
8. Skilled communicator with strong drafting abilities and a commitment to excellent client service.
9. Proactive in business development and maintaining industry awareness.
10. Able to work collaboratively, mentor junior staff, and contribute to a positive team environment.
