About the Role:
As part of a busy department, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support Head Office and Retail Stores. Typical duties include:
* Booking Travel requirements
* Assisting with PPE, First Aid, and Forklift Training
* Assisting with Health & Safety reporting and claims
* Creating and administering staff discount cards
* Supporting operational administration
* Assisting with the In-house Task Management system
* Providing 1st line support for store retail queries
* Data collection, entry, and capture
* Creating and uploading training documents
* Adding users to in-store systems
* Assisting with recruitment for new store openings
Knowledge and Skills:
* Experience or understanding of retail administration is advantageous
* High accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
* Ability to work to deadlines and manage stakeholders' demands
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
