They are seeking an experience Legal Partner specialising in Employment law to join their team in the Manchester office. This role pays a competitive salary of £100,000 - £140,000 annum depending on experience. Responsibilities as a Legal Partner: Advise employers on all aspects of employment and labor law, including: Employment contracts and policies, Terminations, redundancies, and restructurings, Workplace investigations and disciplinary matters, Discrimination, harassment, and whistleblowing issues, Collective labor relations and trade union matters Represent clients in employment litigation, arbitration, and regulatory proceedings Provide strategic, risk-based advice aligned with clients’ commercial objectivesAbout you as a Legal Partner: Qualified solicitor with current practising certificate 10+ years PQE experience in Employment Law. Proven track records managing complex Employment matters independently.
