The role: Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from workforce planning and sourcing to offers, onboarding, and maintaining HRIS (BambooHR) records. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure recruitment and HR practices comply with legislation and company policies, tracking and reporting key hiring metrics. Employer Branding: Collaborate with ROI colleagues to strengthen employer branding and recruitment strategies. Employee Relations: Support grievance, disciplinary and conflict resolution processes, providing HR advice and guidance to managers and staff. Policy & Procedure Management: Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures in line with legislative requirements. HR Administration: Process employee lifecycle changes accurately on HR systems, supporting payroll and HR reporting. Data & Insights: Maintain accurate HR data, produce reports and provide insights to support informed decision-making. Learning & Development: Coordinate mandatory training and inductions, maintaining accurate learning and development records.
